Where is my journal stored?

In Youmotion's private storage on your device. There is no Youmotion account or journal cloud.

How do reminders work?

They are scheduled locally after you grant notification permission. Youmotion does not use remote push notifications.

How do I move my journal?

Use Export backup in Settings, safeguard the JSON file, then use Restore on the destination device. Review the preview before confirming because restore replaces local data.

Can you recover deleted data?

No. We cannot access your local journal. Keep your own exported backup if you need recovery.

Is Youmotion medical care?

No. It is a self-reflection tool, not a medical, diagnostic, treatment, crisis, or emergency service.
