Provider and use
Youmotion is provided by VASTOR HOLDING UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by Tim Horgas, Bernstorffstr. 104, 22767 Hamburg, Germany. Contact: info@thorgas.com. You may use the app for personal, lawful self-reflection.
No medical or emergency service
Youmotion supports self-reflection. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency support. In urgent situations, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.
Local data and backups
No account is required. Journal and belief data are stored locally. This release provides no journal cloud, automatic device sync, account recovery, or remote push notifications. You are responsible for exported backups. Restoring replaces local data after validation; deletion inside the app does not delete files you exported elsewhere.
Feedback and sharing
Feedback and backup sharing are started by you. The feedback flow uses your email app and attaches a screenshot only with your prior consent.
Rights and responsibility
The app and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in text you create. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and changes
The app is provided subject to normal availability limits. It may download compatible security, compatibility, and maintenance updates over HTTPS. This does not provide cloud storage, account recovery, or journal sync.
Applicable law
German law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. For non-consumers, Hamburg is the place of jurisdiction where legally permitted.
